FAQ/Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

We try to get every package out the door as soon as possible. Please remember that we are a small business and we actually have full time jobs on top of what we do here. We usually have a turn around time of 3 - 5 days, but we try to get packages out to customers as soon as we are able.

3D Printed Blasters take about a 3 - 5 weeks to print/assembled.

Once the package leaves our hands and is handed to USPS we have no control over the package. Most packages will be delivered within 2 - 3 days but USPS can take their time when they want to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:

We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check on your own countries policies for expected costs involved.

COMMISSIONS:

We do occasionally do commissions. If you would like to request a commission, please use the contact page to contact us.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept any non-customized item back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be either unused, or in sellable condition and aren't custom made. Customers are expected to cover shipping costs unless a mistake has been made on our end. Please use the contact page to contact us with any questions.
