FAQ/Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

We try to get every package out the door as soon as possible. Please remember that we are a small business and we actually have full time jobs on top of what we do here. We usually try to have a turn around time of about 3 - 5 days, but we try to get packages out to customers as soon as we are able.

3D Printed Blasters take about a 3 - 5 weeks to print/assembled.

Paying extra for priority or express shipping speeds does not affect the time it takes to fulfil the order, only the speed at which the package will get to you once shipped.

Once the package leaves our hands and is handed to USPS we have no control over the package. Most packages will be delivered within 2 - 3 days but USPS can take their time when they want to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:

We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check on your own countries policies for expected costs involved. 

COMMISSIONS:

We do occasionally do commissions. If you would like to request a commission, please use the contact page to contact us.

SPONSORSHIP:

We currently sponsor EndWar and Ragnoroktoberfest. If you want us to consider other things to sponsor please use our contact page to contact us.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept non-customized items back within 30 days of receipt. Customized items are ineligible for return or refund. Items must be unused and in sellable condition. Packaged items must be in their original packaging. If packaged items are returned outside of or missing their original packaging, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are expected to cover shipping costs unless a mistake has been made on our end.
